He does not deserve to represent any high school! Football players are roll models and leaders, not bully punks!!!

This is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. I'm a graduate of SVHS and this never would have happened when I was a student there. I'm really disappointed with the principal for not taking a more serious approach to this punishment. Suspension? That's not a punishment, he's a teenage boy, that's a VACATION for him. From what I understand there were three students invloved: a lookout, one filming then the one doing the hitting. All three, in my opinion, should have to write a formal apology to this poor child and his family and have to read it aloud to them. Not only that but they should have to spend some time in alternative school, have to do hours of community service, no more football team or whatever extra curricular activities for the remainder of their time at SV. That video is so disturbing and no child should have to go through what he did.

When I got into a fight 20 year ago I had to turn my self in and I got charged with semi assault.What is the difference now...just because it happened on school property and they call it bullying something need to be done other than a slap on the wrist...I took up for a lot of bullying in my day and the one bullying never done it again

I would normally sign something against a bully, but since I was born and raised in the Huntington area, it makes a definite difference to sign.

If this boy showing this much aggression don't put him in a contact sport and make his violence ok. This young man is old enough to know better so show him the punishment he is headed for in his future if his temper is not corrected.

This type of behavior is not acceptable. He should not only be expelled from this school, but never allow to play any type of sports. I don't care how great of s player he is. Karma will come his way!

Totally unacceptable behavior. He should be suspended from football, as should my kids if they did something like this! The child that was bullied could have been any of our kids! This needs to stop before a terrible event takes place!

I attended this school and graduated in 2000...it was not like this back then. He should be expelled!!!!

Stricter punishments needed to be put in place for bullying. Bullying comes in many forms.
Not only should the bully be expelled but anyone participating ie. Videoing the attack should be disciplined also.
Extra curricular activities are a reward. Not a necessity.

Bullying is never acceptable but having someone record it and post it is disgusting. Both should be prosecuted and if they are both football players neither should be allowed to play any sports at all.
