For one thing he should have had his cell phone put away and not out for someone to get it OR for him to lay down and leave it. It was his cell phone and it was his responsibility to keep it put up. Hitting someone knowing they are not fighting back shows a real whimp and a coward. I think he should have to volunteer at the homeless shelter or something in that field. His character needs to be rebuilt.

This is terrible. I don't think he should be able to play football or be a part of any school activity. These kids have to learn that bullying will not be tolerated. The principal needs to care about all the students and not care only about the football players.

He needs to be suspended for the whole season i cannot believe he did this to a special needs student!!!! Im uphauld to say that i graduated from this school if they dont do anything about this!

He needs expelled from Wayne County Public Schools, never allowed to play for any other county and should be charged with assault. Doesn't matter if the victim was special needs or not. What would you do if this was your child?!

This is crazy! Hopefully he will Learn from this. Actions will always have consequences. Being on the football team you should be a role model not a bully!

The other football player that decided to send the other special needs kid to the hospital needs kicked off the team as well.
