the kid was NOT special needs. the kid DID steal his phone. i'm not saying it was right to take it this far but i think people should learn the facts before they make a post or a petition about him!!!

Bullying in any shape or form should not be tolerated. I stand for those who can't. Also it should be noted the kid videoing did nothing to step in.
