This kid deserves more than being suspended...he should be put in jail where prisoners will beat him up.and show him how it feels to be helpless....but this can be a start to his punishment.

The bully should be expelled along with the idiot videoing this poor kid getting hit instead of helping !!! Regardless if the kid took his phone or not this kid is 100% wrong !!

I was a spring valley student and I hate seeing people being bullied I just wish the school system would do something about it because I was one of those people that I got bullied while I was a student there
