He also deserves to being charged with assault on a special needs child. He needs to serve 2500 hours of supervised community service with special needs! He needs to be taught now!!!!

This hurts my heart my grandson was special needs child so blessed that he was so loved and cared for by his classmates he he passed away in September

My question is where is the parent or parents of the bully? What are they teaching this child? This child is learning this behavior from someone, who is he witnessing this abusive bullying from??? I say laws need changed we need tougher crimes for bullying and if your a parent stop being a coward and start whooping your child's butt when he does wrong this bad! I say bring charges to the parent!

I think he should be removed from the school and not allowed to return. They have an alternative school in Wayne County for this type of student.

Nothing worse than to see someone who should be a leader taking advantage of someone who is weaker and defenseless. This is an opportunity for the school to show, they truly don't tolerate bullying.

Athletic participation is a priveledge. Students who behave in this way do not deserve to participate.

I look at it as if this were one of my children being bullied I would want the fullest punishment. I think that's how whoever is deciding this kids punishmnet should look at it. What if this were your child being beat in the bathroom, how would you want it handled?

He shouldn't be allowed to play any sports for at least one year,and if found guilty of bulling no more sports till he graduates final

Ten day suspension is what is wrong with our schools today. He should be suspended for one year. He should never be permitted on school property for life. He is a danger to society if he has to do this to a special needs student. I hope the BOE takes care of this situation immediately so others will not be harmed.

As a former student of Spring Valley, I understand what it is like to be bullied. I wasn't bullies as bad ad this guy so he deserves a more sever punishment , like permanent suspension from all sports until he can clean his act up
