From an Abacus resident: The Spotted Dog pub in Alcester St, Digbeth has been served with a \'Noise Abatement Order\' due to the parties and live music held in the garden - something of a tradition for many years. A handful of complaints from residents living in the newly built Abacus appartments have led to this order. While I understand the issues of noise, these events have for a long time been enjoyed by local residents and even by those from further afield, giving Digbeth a fantastic reputation for real entertainment.
