Having two kids that I take "out of town" to enjoy a splash pad, this town could really benefit from this. I spend a great deal of money out of the city limits at businesses like restaurants and shops that I could spend here in the town if the city had this in place.

I no longer live in Hampstead, but when I did and raised my children there, this would have been awesome! Great suggestion!! Good luck!

Ok, so the Town of Hampstead called to inform me this wouldnt be allowed due to a no sprinkler rule. I understand for homes but this would be a community area with like a push button system that they would only run is the button was pushed for an X amount of time. Does anyone have thoughts on this?
