TO ALL HAMILTON RESIDENTS

SUBJECT - SPEEDING VEHICLES ON SANDHILLS AVENUE

This petition is open to everybody, in particular residents of the Hamilton area using Sandhills Avenue. It has been evident for some time that vehicles are speeding along Sandhills Avenue heading towards the main roundabout. This is particularly dangerous when vehicles are attempting to pull out of Bellflower Road safely, yet have to be extra careful due to drivers not slowing at the roundabout approach.

The Office of the Rt Hon Keith Vaz MP has kindly asked we put together a petition so that some traffic calming measures be put in place and slow vehicles. This will help to prevent accidents and may also stop a fatality.

So please support this initiative and sign the petition today. Tag your friends on social media and let everybody know.

Thanks for your support

Hamilton Residents.

its getting ridiculous trying to pull out in the morning with cars just flying down the road. something needs doing before someone gets hurt

Exactly the same issue at the Columbine Road junction with Sandhills Avenue. Cars from North Hamilton speed across the roundabout without stopping as if they have the right over drivers already at the roundabout exiting Columbine Road
