Please install speed bumps in Wereton Rd. It was heartbreaking that a puppy died. Next time it could be a child!

With streets narrowed by parked cars the speed of traffic needs to be slowed down.

We could do with them in Wereton Rd and Heathcote Rd. Milesgreen.

I agree the road has become much faster since parking on the other side of road and would add that some calming measures need to be in place to slow traffic turning down Hougher Wall Road too

We definitely need something before its a child or adult, a dog was tragic enough.

Hopefully this will help to stop someone else getting hurt !

I live on Wereton Road, I'm not a great fan of speed bumps but we really do need some. Personally I think there should be a few through the village on Church Street too. People regularly drive at high speed through Church St and Wereton, it won't be long before someone is killed.

New Road is another prime concern to me having had a speeding car kill my cat and two neighbours cats in the last 18m, and a few years ago another man was knocked down by a speeding car on new road. There's also a new nursery being built opposite the site where the man was ran down at the old working men's club and all three cats were ran over (I suspect more than these have lost their lives here). These two key arterial roads connecting audley and Bignall end to the local towns are a disaster waiting to happen.
