Education and Healthcare are two areas we should not be making budget cuts. Too much has been taken away and we are still pushing class sizes up which has only increased since then. Enough is enough. We have more students, all with different educational needs...less teachers and resources. Give Canada's youth a chance!

there is already fewer classes than before meaning less time with teachers, more independant work by kids with less direct instruction, and cuts are going to make it worse.

The classroom demographic is undergoing serious change. Schools need an increase in funds and support staff in order to determine sustainable ways to deal with these new challenges. Kids not cuts!

we need to protect funding for special needs children. I find it hard to believe that any school could support these kids (who's right it is to be at their community school) with any less than they already have.

There has to be some better options then cutting funding from education, especially in regards to homeschooling which is the cheapest, yet statistically the most successful form of education.

I can not believe that out government who takes a strong anti bullying stance would now become the bullies to our children! Stop the bullying! Homeschoolers save the government at least $8,000 per student and now you are "freezing" funding to help those who are saving you money? There is no way that this is about saving money.
