This would be a great thing for Santa Rosa County and would limit the pregnancy in dogs that are just pets but can pay the huge fee to get them fixed. Then people would be able to adopt other animals bc it's a requirement by any rescue that all animals in the home need to be fixed in order to

these animals really need a vet for this area asap. it would be a help to get these animals fixed before they get adopted .vets are outragous and makes it harder to get the help they need ty

This, and Trap, Neuter and Return, are the most successful and humane ways to reduce the pet population....not just wholesale execution.

Santa Rosa County has more animal rescue sites and foster homes for pets then anywhere. People donate and volunteer many hours for an over population of pets. Please we need more funding.
