Spaying & Neutering are life saving surgeries for animals. The shelters are overrun with animals that are unwanted. Most of these are because the mother was not spayed. Low cost clinics will benefit everyone.

its been a long time for these animal to get some real help here, you pay for adoption then you have to go to a vet to be fixed and shot ect, i think if we can afford a spanking whopper of a court house , you could find it in your budget for help for needy animals , after all its your county but you do wk for the people. weve been asking for yrs and never is it in your budget, please really really help make this county as a big hearted animal friendly one . ty
