The South Russell Village Parks Committee is seeking input
from residents on how to improve the 87-acre park on Bell Road that extends to East Washington Street.
We, the undersigned residents of the Greater Chagrin Valley do hereby declare our wish that the so-called “No Leash” law currently in place for South Russell Village Park, remain in force and that Village Council take no action that would change, replace or modify this existing ordinance.
