This is a well used shortcut by many female students and should be well lit for their safety

Students and locals alike should feel safe when walking home at night. If you can afford a zip wire you can afford for a path to be lit for safe homeward travels.

I have always been shocked there aren't already lights along the path in South Park considering the reputation the park has for dangers, especially at night time. I think lights will make a lot of people feel a lot safer on their way through the park.

As someone who gets unnerved walking in the dark, due to past experiences, I would highly appreciate this.

It is very dark to walk through that path at night. Torchlight is needed every time walking pass the path at the top of South Park.

A lot of student work late in the library and cut through the park to get back home to Divinity Rd/Cowley. Lights would help to improve he safety of students taking this shortcut at such late hours.

It's common bloody sense. I have friends petrified of walking home alone through there.
