Regarding vandalism, pool facilities already have mechanisms in place to deal with damage to other restrooms amenities. These same measures can be applied to tampon machines.

Additionally, the lack of tampons regularly leads patrons to ask female staff to provide them with tampons from their personal supply. It is unjust for female workers to have to pay for these essential supplies—used by patrons—out of their own pockets. This is completely unfair, as their male counterparts obviously do not carry these necessities and thus do not have to pay this tax.

Therefore, the only feasible solution is the installation of a tampon machine. Having a tampon machine in the pool bathroom is not a luxury, it's a necessity. It ensures that patrons and staff have access to a safe and enjoyable experience. It removes an unfair burden from the women who work at the pool and ensures they are able to complete their jobs without distraction. By making this small change, we can ensure that the pool is a place of fun and safety for everyone.
