Eleven City Diner is a great asset to our neighborhood and would hate to see a big chain restaurant take over that space. The food is amazing the employees are amazing.

To whom it may concern, 11 City Diner represents a culinary gem in the Wabash corridor of Printers Row. It's removal to a McDonalds would not only be a culinary loss, but more critically, an economic and cultural loss to the area. Concerning most is not only the lack of support for this thriving, Jewish small business to instead sign a lease of a low quality corporate franchise offering, but the resulting desirability loss and possible economic devaluing of apartment and store front real estate. Failure to resign this tenant would ultimately result in lower overall quality of the neighborhood and contribute to tenet/owner flight. 11 City's removal from it's iconic location would show a lack of city planning, plain as day.

This is blasphemous… wreaks of antisemitism if they shut this place down for MCDONALDS

11 City is a staple here in the south loop! I don’t want to see it leave for a McDonald’s. The corner of Roosevelt and Wabash has enough fast food!

That intersection does not need another fast food restaurant. We already have plenty of crime in that area and do not need any other place that encourages loitering.

The area is too busy and too many double park and block traffic. A fast food restaurant would cause more gridlock. Also south loop needs character, not corporations

The neighborhood in no way will prosper with a McDonalds in this location. eleven city is a valued and respectable community staple. This eviction is gross and the replacement with a chain is offensive to this neighborhood

As a resident of the south loop for 8 years, we definitely do not need a McDonald’s where eleven city diner is. There’s a McDonald’s not far away and the diner is unique to our part of town.

South Loop does not need a McDonald's. It will just turn into a trouble spot like the one at Chicago and State.

I do not want McDonald's in our South loop neighborhood. Fast food restaurants cause increased traffic and crime.
