c'est l'opportunité parfaite pour diminuer le bruit dans les club de tir,

C'est permis dans beaucoup de pays... Je ne vois pas pourquoi le Canada ferait exception a cette règle. Ça diminue la pollution sonore pour les habitants qui habite proche d'un club de tir et de plus cela protège l'intégrité physique des oreilles du tireur qui utilise l'arme a feu en question vue que cela diminue considérablement le bruit qui provient de l'arme du au silencieux.

My hearing is important to me.

J'habite près d'un champ de tir ou la problèmatique du son a mener a la quasi fermeture du champ de tir (5h par semaine) Il est plus que temps que le gouvernement voit plus loin que la fiction que les films véhicule de ce dispositif et utilise la logique pour comprendre pourquoi il serait possible d'avoir un silencieux.

Partout ceci est permis, pourquoi pas au Canada.

I've worked in construction for over 20 years, starting in high school when ear protection wasn't required, and afterward made a strong effort to protect my hearing. Even still, I have tinnitus at 40. I've started on my newest hobby of shooting firearms, and I want to do everything possible to protect what little hearing I have left. I find it ridiculous that the Canadian government blocks use of a safety device from people who they have already been assured are responsible adults, even as they allow them for law enforcement, and many other countries have already passed easily understandable laws permitting such. Make sound moderators legal for civilians, and prove you actually care about the health and safety of all Canadians.

I am 21 years old and I have hearing damage due to the noise of firearms. Even using 2 forms of hearing protection doesn't lower the decibel level to below the safe limit. Much like cars have mufflers, firearms need suppressors.

I have lost about 40% of my hearing. If sound moderators were available, I would not be in this position. I am a retired police officer and feel this law should be repealed. The #1 WSIB claim amongst police officers is damaged hearing

Let's get real with this prohibition. Fear about illegal activity is no excuse for preventing an easy solution to a health concern.

Time to recognize the charter right in section 7 and ignore lawyer advice opposed to suppressors, advice intended to fill their own pockets in legal challenges.
