Great work I'd love to be able to hunt without having my ears ring for a few days after a shot

earplugs or/and a sound moderator is a great idea!

This is common sense. Shooting is loud and poses a serious risk to health (hearing). Suppressors don't make guns silent, they simply reduce the noise a bit.

Important for shooting ranges around populated areas to help reduce the noise pollution that cause noise complaints.

As a law with no logical reason behind it, the ban on sound moderators (suppressors) needs to be over turned.

This is OBVIOUS it should be passed as many hunters including myself have damaged our hearing. You can not have ear plugs in and think your going to hear a Grizzly sneak up on you. Thanks Canada for our STUPID LAWS, in some countries this is a must if you are hunting.

For hearing safety concerns sound moderators are a safe and wise tool to use that is simple in aiding in the concern of noise that is too noisy. Simple and effective while being safe.

This would be great for the firing range to keep the noise level down and protect everybody's hearing

Every day children handle large-calibre firearms like shotguns which are ridiculously loud implements, and they need to be protected, and can be, with innocuous metal tubes that no-one would think to ban had they not been featured in several Hollywood movies at the time the firearms act was drafted.
Suppressors do not make firearms more deadly and they do not make them silent. They don't go 'pew pew' like in Goldeneye. I shouldn't have to tell you this.

New Zealand, England, and many more European countries allow these health and safety devices. Canada should also use "common sense" and legalize them as well.
