Please save are our community school: Seabreeze!! All our children have grown up in this community and have gone to this incredible close knit A school. All of our children have excelled with the dedicated Nd caring teachers and staff within this A school. Seabreeze has set a platform for community engagement and for each child to feel special and provide the ability to be the best they can be…. Learning to love education. It would be a shame to lose this Gem at our beach community and not have children in the neighborhood be able to attend the school they can walk and bike to. Not to mention our crosswalk people, like Mr. Benny, who knows each child and provides education and learning while walking across the street and teaching about wearing bike helmets. Seabreeze is not just a school but a community family that needs to be supported for years to come! Please help keep our school alive!!! Thank you!

I am currently a graduated college student from the University of Florida. I went to Seabreeze elementary school from kindergarten until 5th grade along with my 3 other siblings. This school helped shape me into the young adult that I am. The experiences I had with the staff, teachers, and community still are held close to my heart. This community had such an impact in my life that I continued to visit the staff all the way until I left Jacksonville beach to attend college. Do not put our little children with middle schoolers. I went to Fletcher middle and it is no place for elementary students. These young students need the kind of guidance and staff that are at Seabreeze elementary school. Don’t close our school.

I went to K-6th elementary & transferred in 7th-8th middle school on way to 9th-10th High School. These are completely different environments and to consolidate is to punish children at these young ages.

I have a Seabreeze Elementary school volunteer for the past three years. My granddaughter’ attends this wonderful school. Please protect all of our schools. K-8 is not a good school design with too much of a developmental divide.

Do not close anchor Academy. Anchor Academy has a special connection with the military child that other schools do noplease understand military child have enough stress in their lives every 3 years. They don't need to be moved from their school.

How about we stop funding the charter schools instead? You know, those that don’t separate church and state? Those that send money out of Florida to places like Michigan lining the pockets of corrupt politicians like our Governor. I would like to see a graph of the amount of space per student now as compared to what it would be in the new plan.
