We need more parking. A structure would keep the cars cool too (heat wise)

If a new structure isn't made, at least continue to allow 'general parking' permits to park in the 'housing' lots during peak hours

Its rediculous that i consistantly had to walk across campus with arms bull of grocery bags because all three parking lots near beuj were full.

As a family member having visited the campus on many occasions, I have always been surprised by the limited amount of parking the school provides for it's students. Anywhere else in the state, businesses, of which you are one, must provide adequate parking for the estimated amount of users needing access. How does a CA state school get away with not doing the same for anyone who is paying to attend school there. Additionally, why would a near by high school be allowed to use the Universities parking? The high school should be responsible for it's own parking situation without imposing upon the U.

Let students park in the housing lots for the allotted time that was used before (from 7 to 5). That way, the people who live on campus still have access to their spots, but the students who just need to go to class can park somewhere to that they can get to class at a reasonable time.

When I live two miles off campus (fairly close right?) and have to give myself half an hour to an hour to drive to school to make sure I can get a parking space at all, that just proves that we do not offer enough parking to accommodate our high number of students. Every year we have been accepting more & more students and not kept up on parking lots to ensure that all of these students can be successful by actually being able to get to class on time! The success of the students should be our first priority as a university and that starts by being able to get to class on time!

More parking is desperately needed. I couldn't drive anywhere before 6pm as it was a gamble of wether or not you'd have a spot when you got back. This is very much needed.
