It's hard enough now if you have a large family, how are the poor people supposed to manage with three weeks worth of rubbish.

if this happens we should be given a second bin as it's hard with just 1 bin every 2 weeks with a family.

I think this decision stinks, it's bad enough as it is especially when people put their bins out a day or more before collections and rubbish is blown across the street.

I think the 3 weekly bin emptying will result in fly tipping and people with babies or pets (such as rabbits) will end up with flies and maggots!!

Houshold with 2young children and 2 adults and 2 dogs won't fit all unsortable waste in ONE small black bin for 3 weeks.And smell of dirty nappies and dog waste!!! Where is people common sence!!

I think it will be a heath risk having that much of rubbish outside it will invite rats and mice's to go thought the rubbish and it will stink and can block up the pavements

It's bad enough with two small black bins, as there 7 of us and a toddler and 13 week old baby in nappies, we have to do tip runs to keep the rubbish down now, be even worse if you go to every 3 weeks, l wonder if the coucil will have your bin empty every three weeks ,?

So why do the flats near me with elderly residents have their bins emptied weekly. On average each block with 4 flats has under 2 bins full. That could wait for 2 weeks. Bearing in mind there are about 9 blocks off 4 flats. That's a lot off bins to empty when they could go longer. With a family of 4 I'm lucky to last two weeks.

Absolutely ridiculous as it is my black bin is over flowing at two weeks and I recycle as much as will allow!!! Plus have two in nappies im sure that will be lovely after 3 weeks!!!
