Ridiculous. We recycle everything possible but still fill our bin in two weeks. We have a little one in nappies which is around 2 bags every collection. Unless your going to get bigger bins to accommodate 3weeks rubbish it's silly

I live in a block of 4 flats this proposed plan of 3 weekly collections would make it pile up

I know the council want to save money doing this, but what about it causing rats ect and the medical expense's this would cause. Not to mention the mess as well along with the illness this would cause.

Fully support this the thought of nappies and cat litter hanging around for 3 weeks fills me with dread!!

My bin is usually full after two weeks. At three weeks there is going to be a loose bag to be collected as well. That or give us the larger size bins that can take more. Some bins can take four bags. We had these in Surrey where I used to live.

This is ludicrous. Tory ouncillors might have plenty of room on their drives or in their garages to store waste but those of us in terraces or flats will be overrun with waste.

I have 5 children and already struggle with the bins being pick up every 2 weeks. The council are being ridiculous now!

Disgusting - we need them changed to weekly - some people in my area don't seem to know what a bin is for !!
