Bottom 170 Pilot Pledge to the IPA Solidarity Policy
The IPA Solidarity Policy is intended to address the unfortunate decision of our company to furlough pilots. The current policy does not apply to the pilots who received a furlough notice. We, the undersigned, who received the furlough notice, believe that the company's decision to furlough effects all IPA pilots, and as such, pledge to adhere to the current policy even though it specifically excludes us. We understand why the Executive Board has chosen to exclude those of us who received a furlough notice, but we choose to stand unified and pledge to adhere to the Solidarity Policy shoulder to shoulder with our IPA brothers and sisters. We are all in this together!
