Jason Bufford was a correction officer and in charge of protecting our community, he was arrested and charged with solicitation to commit murder. Charges were dropped based on technicalities and he was never proven innocent! Please show community support to our local prosecutor to re-charge.

What about the safety of the person/ people that were a target to him? This is just opening leaving everything wide open for him to do what he wanted to do. He should not be allowed to walk at all whether there were technical difficulties or not!
do the crime do the time- you violate your oath - you know the consequences- now the prosecutor needs to do his job and make sure he does the time
He should be retried. I still believe in someway that he had something to do with my daughter's death. He needs to go away. He is a bad person.
Justice must be served to a man with no regard to laws and the safety of others. Do not allow him to get away with it.
Definitely needs to be reopened my sister was his intended victim please everyone rally and make him pay for his injustices thank you to all who help we appreciate it

It's not justice that will be served, it's Karma for all of those that are even doing this to my family. Grow up and get on with your lives. As for Stephanie and Chasity, I would suggest spending more time with your children rather than stirring shit up? I think it's time you guys grow up, and make more responsible decisions than you are now. You are creating a toxic and negative image of a role model for your children. Hurting them more-so than anybody else, if you don't have your children, what do you have at this point? Lets not forget that you are also deteriorating your self image. I believe your pity party has been over for far too long now. Move on. By posting this, I want everyone to know that this is my decision and an adult. When I came across this monstrosity, I was told that posting wouldn't and couldn't fix anything. He is not above the law and a mistake in paperwork is unexceptable!!! As a public servant like myself, I am held to a higher standard, prosecute him!
