We, solar industry professionals, are dedicated to providing a conference experience free of offensive or discriminatory behavior. We do not tolerate offensive or discriminatory behavior in any form. Offensive or discriminatory behavior includes but is not limited to verbal comments, imagery or exploitation related to gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion or political affiliation. Such alienating language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue or talks. Unacceptable behavior also includes sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, unwelcome photography or recording, inappropriate physical contact and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants - including exhibitors, presenters, and attendees - are to be attired accordant with the professional atmosphere of the conference. Participants are expected to follow these rules at all conference venues and conference-related social events. Safe spaces for everyone promotes solar industry growth in a responsible, inclusive manner.

Please return the solar industry to the civility of it's roots. We have always been inclusive and built on the strength of everyone's ideas!
