I am disgusted with the treatment, took my money approved my order and haven't received a refund or the machine or any correspondence for that matter! Bloody annoying when my partner orded at the same and has received the syrup but no machine !! I want my machine please!

this firm is a disgrace.it takes your money and fails to give you the goods let alone a refund. customer service is rubbish. either everyone gets their orders or no one gets them. and we know some have had theirs. I WANT MY MACHINE!!!! they didnt even bother to email me!

It's a breach of contract if these orders are not fulfilled. The t's and c's at the time meant a contract was formed when the order status changed to approved.
