I started this because i, like you all believe that the way this company is acting is totally unreasonable!
How dare they take our money, approve the order and then tell people via a facebook page that they are cancelling all orders!
It is wrong on so many levels!! This can not be allowed to happen.
I do hope that everyone visiting this page will tell their friends and family about what we are going through and if they agree what is happening is wrong, then they also sign this petition.

Order Number Order Date Status Total 1386549362 09/12/2013 03:21:17 Approved £47.09. Had money taken out my bank no delivery no email explaining what's happened with my order complete disregard for there customers I want what I paid for !!!!!!!! Stealing my money you won't get away with it !!!

THEY TOOK MY MONEY 6 DAYS AGO. ORDER STATUS WAS "APPROVED" AND A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT OF SALE WAS FORMED. HAVE HAD NO CANCELLATION EMAILS, NO REFUNDS, NO ITEMS RECEIVED, NOTHING. THEIR STAFF DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND HAVE IGNORED ALL OF MY EMAILS. THEY ARE BEHAVING LIKE FRAUDSTERS AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE IN THE UK. THEY ARE DEFINITELY BREAKING UK AND EU LAWS - THEY SHOULD BE FORCED TO HONOUR ALL SALES AND SEND OUT SIGNIFICANT COMPENSATION TO ALL AFFECTED!! AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED BY THEIR FRAUDULENT ACTIONS.
