We don't need more people moving out here destroying our land and using up our vital resources we have. Our county roads cannot handle more cars and this development will not bring money to the county. We cannot handle the amount of people we have now, so why bring more in hopes of more income for the county?!

Please do not let this development go through. Such a large cluster of residences on this parcel of land is not in keeping with the rural nature of this area of Elbert County. To amass such an ugly conglomeration of run of the mill developer homes that detract so greatly from the smaller neighborhoods, residences, farms and ranches that exist surrounding this acreage is a demonstration of unlimited greed and lack of concern for neighboring residents.

I moved out here to get away from town. Raised in Aurora moved out here to a 30 year old house. I grew up watching Parker getting closer and closer to aurora . Now they touch. I would love to see Elizabeth grow as long as it's responsible. Hilltop is a mess now if there is weather or an accident. I would hate to see it with 920 more homes(1840 more drivers) all parked on hilltop rd.

Ridiculous that these so-called commissioners that were just elected feel that they can ignore the wishes of their constituents. Might be time to initiate a recall.

I live in Elbert county and feel that the commissioners need to hear from as many residents as possible in this issue and others. Please plan on attending meeting.

There are so many incorrect statements from this developer, it is back to agricultural, these new homes will not benefit Elizabeth. The mass majority will work, shop, spend money in Parker and surrounding Denver areas. It will only increase traffic that our roads will never be improved for!

I moved to Elbert for the small town community, no crowds, good water supply, and dark skies. This development is NOT what this community wants. Listen to the community, and follow the law!

Please protect open spaces, as well as dark skies for the Thalimer observatory.

Elbert county needs smart growth not urban type growth. Please play by the rules.
