Sony announced that the "SOCOM: Confrontation" server for PlayStation 3 will be off from January 28, 2014 The title, had a large and loyal base of players.. Socom Confrontation was developed by Zipper Interactive, the studio Sony closed early last year.

Look i bought a ps2 to play socom2. i then played 3 and combined assault more than i could ever imagine a human being able to play a video game...[seriously lol] but then i got myself a ps3 to play socom confrontation. that was my only game on ps3 i played. I now have a ps4 to play games to fill that void. The point is i stuck with SONY all of these years for [ONE REASON] they had socom.
please please bring back Socom Confrontation im sorry for all that all those mean people talked so much trash while playing Socom for up to 8 hrs a day. They talked $#!+ about the game but continued to play ALL day long. I wanted to play well after I couldnt hold my eyes opened still would do it today if it was back....please come bac
There isn't a day that goes by, without me missing playing Socom Confrontation! No matter what game if I am playing one at all, will ever replace Socom! I thought Sony was about online entertainment, I was wrong, it's about money, not gamer's being happy!
Bring this game back since it should have been illegal to shutdown a online only game!
Please bring this game back to the ps4 this game if it was remasterd and complete socom will take over for real tactical players bf and cod will fall so please bring confortation to ps4 you can have a lot of add on witch would bring alot of $$$ please think of the big picture here $$$$$

Please bring back socom it was literally the only reason I ever picked up a PlayStation controller. I started playing socom 2 and played all the way trough til socom 4 ( which stunk). Too much like call of duty, I want old school socom
