Yes absolutely, the agreement should be changed.

I agree, its individuals interest must not be compulsion. If the individual have stayed for more than 2 years in India, he looses his identity in Germany, no more an NRI. As this rule exists the social security need to be linked to this.

I need my PF saving back, I can't wait as per new rule. If there are anychanges in the rules, it should be applicabke to who start from that day. This rule was signed after many spent 5+ years. This is unfare...!!!

But they need to reconsider this treaty. They need to consider our concerns.

I already wrote letter to chancellor of Germany and got the same tlreply, it's because of new treaty between India and Germany

Does make sense to have right to opt either to part of German Pension scheme or transfer it to India EPF benefits

I agree that the law in one sided only if the employee stays in Germany more than 60 months.

Please look to ease lives of Indians abroad and encourage them to come back to India. Such moves make it difficult for NRI's. Thank you
