Remove 5 years term restriction to claim SSA After 60 months of SSA payment, it should not be automatic to fall in compulsory German pension scheme. which is purely unidirectional. Indian Employee must give acceptance if he/she likes to be part of German govt pension scheme irrespective of employment period Transfer SSA fund to Indian EPF or Pensions accounts of employees who moved to India There must be nominee for SSA irrespective of the marital status Two parts of the SSA should be paid (both employer and employee contribution)

SSA is completely unidirectional. However, its individual hard earned money to be benefitted as per contributor (social justice) decision. 1. SS terms and benefits are not similar between host country(Germany) and home country (India). 2. After 10+ years of SS contributions in Germany. If individuals relocating back to india without any job neither there is no unemployment payment by Germany or India. 3.indian PF both contributions(employee and employer) contributions will be claimed with interest(8.5%) but in Germany only employees money will be claimed only before 5 years. 4. As per social security meaning this should be employee freedom(social justice) to take decision for their individual hard hardened money whenever he/she moved out of Germany. Request you to make amendment of current law without making injustice to employee.

Social security agreement between india and Germany should be revised as there is no benefits for indian citizens who returns back to the india permanently. Pension amount should be paid for indian citizens when they return permanently, otherwise there no sense to paying social security if we won't get amy benefits from german government. Hopefully both governments will see our concerns.

This agreement which is signed between Germany and India is framed for not getting any benefits for Indian citizen. In my case i have paid SS for more than 10 years , now i am in India . what is the way for me to get my benefits when i am unemployed in Indian . Since i have paid my complete contribution in Germany . I will not get support from Germany , or from Indian PF. Do i need to wait until 67. i completely agree with points which you have highlighted in this petition.

Making German pension scheme compulsory automatically shows no concern for employee well being.

There should definitely be a provision to transfer the SSA back to India irrespective of years of employement.

This is not at all acceptable to any NRI. We have paid our hard earned money to this SSA and this should be helpful for us in the retirement. When the life expectancy of an Indian is around, how can agreement be made get the pensions from 67 years. This is un ethical of German Govt to hold back the pension amount, which we have paid.

we , employees protest this SSA agreement laws. German SSA should be transparent and value our hard earned money in time. indian govt authorities must initiate the amendment of this policy respecting and favouring common indian employees rather than indian corporate companies.

I agree with all the amendments. I would like to emphasize on the 3 amendment, where in the Employee must give his/her approval. I wish, atleast German govt had considered this basic but most important employee's right.
