I travel far and wide to enjoy soca music! There are millions of people who love soca as much as I do! It needs to be recognised for what it is. It is not modern dancehall and it most certainly is not world music. Have some respect for my soca.

Other genres are sampling soca and taking influence from it. Time we recognize it.
