Claire is a lovley lady all the children love her. My daughters Sara and Izka love her. So please keep Claire. She is so so lovely.

claire is a lovley lady all the children love her, she always makes sure its safe, and makes sure its always safe (even when adults are not safe) she will tell the adults, she is fair to the traffic also unlike some crossing ladies/men. there will be a serious accident with a child or parent if we loose her people come flying down that road and some times dont obey the red light as it is. please Keep her x

This crossing is on a bend of a very busy stretch of road and traffic comes speeding round this bend. Claire is essential to the safety of the children crossing the road and as Rykneld Primary School is increasing its pupil numbers it is essential that we have someone who cares for the children's safety manning this crossing....and Claire is the best person for this job!!

This is a ridiculous idea. Such a busy road already and it's only going to get busier.
Tiny children need all the help and support they can in making their journey to school as safe as possible.

I lived next to crossing for 8 years. I have had 2 near misses where I've been in the road while traffic lights on red!

Why take an infant/junior school crossing lady when the high school has a pelican crossing too. Rykneld is on a corner more hazardous and the crossing attendant adds safety and reassurance to the children and there safety. Disgusting if this is taken away!!!

This crossing needs our lollypop lady, there is far too much traffic on Burton Road in a morning and after school to not have her ensuring the safety of any child attending Schools in the area. #Save Claire

We need our lolly pop lady .the crossing is on a bend and lots of parent let their children walk across alone at such a young age .She is needed and much loved
