The young people and community of Penge need things to do and a sense of belonging. That could be provided if Snowden Close could be kept in order to reach out to the community. Christ Central Church have the resources to be able to meet some of these needs. It would not serve the needs of our community to sell the building.

This building is vital for youth and community activities and it currently been put to vital use for keeping kids off the kids. If sold it will only bit the developers who stand to make profit off the tax payers money.
