Penge desperately needs more infrastructure that provides hope and opportunity for young people and families. The Snowdown close building is ideally situated to be a great community Hub. The death of a teenager in May 2013 on the doorstep of this empty 'community building' is a tragic wake up call. Bromley Council have a responsibility to ensure that the future of this building stays in the community, for the community.

this is a building where children can come together nd enjoy there time with friends. it will keep theses children off the streets out of trouble. by you selling this building and taking away wht is good for them you will be creating more trouble to the society. .give theses children wht they deserve has there is nuffink else for them to do...

Essential to meeting needs of the most vulnerable young people and adults are centres like this.

Please use this area for a positive! Give Penge some hope!! Christ Central Church as well as any charity/organisation would be able to benefit others with this space.

This community building is essential for our young people and families. Not making it available for the community would be a great disservice to hundreds of people

I believe that Penge is an area with great social need, with a population made up of many different cultures, ages and people groups. At this time we feel that it's vital for community based assets, like this one, to remain open and available for community use.

If Christ Central Church were given the opportunity to run the Community Centre, I am sure they will put it to the best possible use to benefit the community of Penge.

Not enough for the young people to do so should be kept open to give teenagers somewhere to go.

Would be a real shame to lose this youth club, yet again another council putting finance before it's residents.

It will be a real shame to see it go to waste, the community and the youth are important!

How long can this destruction go on of safe places and activities for youngsters to meet and be supported and for what short term gain for long term loss Bromley you need to support your youth, they are the future and we have seen the consequences before of young people being left on the scrap heap without support and services it leads to detachment so beware you have been advised.
