I believe the hub should be kept how it is as my little brothers really enjoy the football on a Saturday and also it's full of friendly and inviting people also provides lots of activity for the children around the community at all different ages

It would be a great shame to see the excellent work being done by Christ Central coming to an end

Stop thinking of financial gain and think about the youth that are growing in today society. Are you really listening to the voices of todays youth especially those that want to do things that are constructive and not destructive. There is a saying "devil makes work for idle hands" or is this the plan. There is nothing for the children to do, any time an opportunity has been given it is taken away from the young ones, not because of lack of attendance or misconduct in behaviour but again to satisfy the bank balance....You know greed is not a good thing!!

Bromley Council, please choose to support the good work this church is doing in its community above the desire for more money from a developer. Show us you are above such things and that your heart is for these teenagers and the difference this centre can make to their lives and the community in which they live. Thank you

Please have a heart for the young people living in a more deprived part of the Borough. They need this centre.

I live just behind this building in Avenue road, there is nothing for the kids to do in this area, and the youth club is a good idea.but if they really do need to sell it how about spending some of the money on a playground at the top triangle in Royston field and maybe a basket ball court like they have in penge rec.

Please think of the bigger picture. Saving a few quid now is not worth giving up a resource that can help generations of kids to come.

We should be preserving community assets for useful projects not flogging them off

The financial gains from the sale of this building pales in comparison to the benefits of centres like this.
