Happy to see this eyesore re-developed. However the proposed development height seems unprecedented for the zone.

Building too high for the neighborhood. Traffic will be too heavy and lack of parking. 4077 Amherst Ave., University Park, TX 75225

We need to sell the lot to HPISD for their administration/support office

Snider Plaza is a neighborhood community and should not have buildings that look like they belong in downtown Dallas. Out of place for the neighborhood.

3713 Amherst. Sent a letter to City Council with more details, but primarily concerned with traffic given our biking / walking students.

The City Council needs accurate traffic studies, environmental impact studies for ground water contamination, weather impact and fire safety issues. Also, this is the first time in the 40 years we've lived in UP that the city has changed residential zoning into commercial. This project requires a great deal more study by the City Council. P & Z really dropped the ball on this PD Application!

Way way too big. Inappropriate use as well for this neighborhood. Too much traffic introduced into an already way too congested area. This looks like something that would happen in Houston - but we aren't Houston. Houston doesn't have zoning restrictions.

This is way too tall! Please make it something more in line with other buildings on the street. Thank you for listening!
