Not that the city has listened to much of what we have to say lately but I am opposed to changing the zoning in Snider Plaza. A larger building will draw more traffic and frankly it seems the alarming number of changes going on in HP and UP is eroding the loveliness, charm and close knit community feeling we have enjoyed and the reason most of us live here in the first place.

3425 University Blvd. Once again, IT'S TOO BIG. I hope this developer has read our prior complaints and noted our substantial numbers.

This building is not in keeping with the overall feel of the community and will pose challenges to an already crowded and dense commercial area

Development of this property should be within existing zoning requirements. This is a very residential area. I live on Milton and the traffic is already too urban for the area. There is absolutely no upside for residents to rezone. Just adds to the developers profit at the cost of kids walking to UP and HPMS/MIS at the same time traffic would be high around the new office building. Morning drop off would be insane.

Proposal seems inappropriate and out of context in terms of massing, height, and materials. New development that is respectful of the character and scale of the neighborhood is always welcome, but this doesn't seem to be the case here.

I am not in favor of the re-zoning which is being proposed for the Chase Bank property.

This is neither beautiful nor marvelous. I will be a beautiful "Trmp Tower-Park Cities", 80+ stories. I just need $250 million in tax abatements/other subsidies. But I promise you it will be BE-U-TI-FULL.

4228 Amherst Ave. 75225 and law professor at SMU at corner of Daniel and Hillcrest for 26 years. This is already a dangerous intersection with the current traffic. I've worked at this intersection for 26 years. Could be nightmare. Inappropriate design and height for neighborhood.

We would like a smaller building than the one proposed. It should not be taller than any buildings already built in the neighborhood and the zoning should not be changed to allow increased height. I live on Rosedale in the 3500 block and would be directly affected by the increased traffic.

I'm in favor of a new development on that property to replace the old Chase Bank eyesore, but it needs to be to scale with (and beneficial to) the neighborhood. The enormity of of this project could pose safety concerns for children who bike and walk to school. That intersection is already a dangerous one!

While I approve of developing the site, I do not approve of having a structure as tall at the one proposed or one with mirrored glass on the outside.
