Traffic is my major concern for many reasons. Kids crossing to and from to school.

Current building proposal is unthinkable!
What a tragedy it would be for our beautiful area. Seems nothing is sacred where amassing money by a few is concerned.
Please be reasonable and do not allow such a "thing."

I object to a development like this and believe it would disrupt the architectural look/heritage of Snyder Plaza and only add to the current parking/traffic issues. I live in the neighborhood at 3505 Rankin St. and would be directly affected.

I am against the zoning change. Please consider the aesthetics given this is also part of a residential neighborhood.

Two problems-10 story too big for our town; and no specifics on parking charges and hours for S.P. shoppers and employees

I object to the proposed zoning changes regarding the Snider Plaza Chase building.
Proposed height and mirrored exterior not in keeping with Snider Plaza and neighborhood.

I am very much opposed to this project. There will be too much traffic going to a building that will be of a construction that (as proven in Dallas' Museum Tower and prior to that in Dallas' Campbell Centre) will set a dangerous environmental precedent and be contrary to the character of the neighborhood and of Snider Plaza.

As a resident of UP, this structure is out of place (style, height, purpose) and ridiculous even in the picture. For so many of us who have invested in the community and our properties, this structure is not adding any value to the residents, its detracting value especially to those in the immediate area. Residents that love and frequent Snyder plaza may avoid this area and those businesses we had grown so loyal to, due to congestion and difficulty navigating around the increase traffic flow.

The project scale is incompatible with the neighborhood and the building height should NOT exceed the current height!!!

The proposed building is too big in size (height) and needs to be redesigned to match the neighborhood. Please do not allow this to happen.

The quaint and desirable character of our community is being changed before our eyes! The city of UP will set a precedent that commercial property is more important than keeping our neighborhoods safe...the traffic patterns will be congested with a structure of this size and scope. I don't want residential property zoned for commercial use. University Park is not about the money!

Doesn't fit with the vibe of UP -- it's just too massively tall.
