I live near Snider Plaza and object to the size of this project and the traffic it will create. 3420 Milton Ave, D Dallas, TX 75205

Just too big. No rezoning, We must sick to current zoning, which will still add considerable more square feet and traffic to the neighborhood. Please join to help maintain our quality of life in the Park Cities and limit the Hillcrest Snider Plaza congestion.

Please don't let the parking structure be so tall, the building be so massive, shines, and boxy. There are too many restaurants in SP as is No more restaurants!

Please maintain the existing character, architectural integrity and scale of the buildings ( old & new) in our historic University Park neighborhood. Thank you.

4068 Stanford Ave Dallas, TX 75225 Why not build the building to meet current zoning codes?

It will complicate the already crowded parking in Snider Plaza and lose the benefits of living in a quaint neighborhood.

Isn’t there a developer who can sensibly address this long-time eyesore for University Park? This is not the answer.

Do not desire a structure as proposed for our neighborhood.

No big boxes, glass, & traffic is going to blend nor add the charm of our historic town. Parking and park will!

3400 Stanford. I'm most concerned on the aggregate density when other projects are built in Dallas on the edge of the Park Cities. That future traffic and this project's will be too much.
