The building should be allowed to be any taller than the one that is there now. The design should have to fit in with the style of the surrounding community...either Spanish or contemporary stone like the YMCA.

It doesn't fit the neighborhood and will ruin the ambiance of that part of town where I have lived for 40 years all the store owners and developers knew the situation when they bought or opened their businesses

i am all for a solution to the designated area, but this is too large. in my opinion it would be better developed like an extension of snider plaza w parking underground like preston center, maybe a 6-8 stores residential w stories with retail and restaurants underneath. that could actually have some park space included if it was done correctly. but this is too big, does not include the neighborhood feel and does not fit in in any way.

I have concerns that this structure would have on traffic and safety of pedestrians around this area. Therefore, I am against this proposed building.

I really believe that the proposed building is far too tall for the surrounding area. It is too close to residential property to be that tall. I also think the increase in traffic will be a detriment to University Park.
