Strongly Object to height of 10 stories. In this residential area, it is important to keep within character of the surrounding neighbourhood. Building height should be no more than 3-4 stories max, and lots of mirrors on outside of building would not be in character with the neighbourhood. I do not object at all to renovation of Snider Plaza or new buildings being built, but it needs to be in keeping with surrounding neighbourhood, and Lovers Lane can not handle much more traffic. Please keep the height restricted to 3-4 stories.

I am concerned about the traffic congestion that will be created in the Snider Plaza area and on the adjacent residential streets. In addition, it does not fit into the area aesthetically. I am afraid of the precedent it would establish for future development in Snider Plaza. 3544 Granada

Please consider a smaller development at the Chase Bank site.

The possibility of more green space and parking are what University Park needs! This will add more value than an office building which will be an eyesore to our community.

To whom it may concern: I did not find the petition to sign.. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO to the 12I ft story. ! Object.. I live directly down the road.. That is an eye sore. I suggest leveling and just add on to the existing parking lot across from Kuby's. 1) The project looks way too big based on the information provided. 2) Traffic can only get worse. 3) Unlike the new & improved Park Cities YMCA project, this giant office/retail/parking garage space isn't necessary for the neighborhood. 4) I think all UP residents can agree that we just want something nice to look at that fits into the community---whether that's going to be a smaller scale commercial project or green space. 5) I'm just looking to be able to park conveniently when I go to Bandito's/Half Shells/Kuby's.

The structure does not fit the neighborhood theme or style. This is located on an already busy street and will only exacerbate the traffic issues. Being so close to UP Elementary, employees of the new development will flood Lovers Lane, Dickens Mockingbird and Hillcrest in an already dangerous and very congested morning school commute. The developer appears to be chasing dollars, as expected, and not worrying about the architectural style or substance of the community.
