adding 700 to 1400 more cars on Ronald Regan and 124 is foolish. There is already significant traffic in that area. Each apartment or home will at least have 1 car and possibly more for an average of 2 per unit. Bad idea

I'm vehemently against this. Having this development will only bring a BAD element into the area and bring down the surrounding areas. I know first hand what this does as I used to live in Henry County (Eagles Landing rea) and have seen what has happened to that community. Trust me when I say nothing good will come of this for the people currently living in the surrounding areas and not to mention hurt the local businesses. If I could vote against this a million times I would because I know what will happen. City officials need to stop worrying about lining pockets and kickbacks and actually care about what their constituents are saying on the matter!

I live inside of the City Limiits of Snellville and do not want to see apartments built in the proposed area in the two rezoing applications ( RZ 14-04 & LUP 14-03 ) amd RZ14-03 LUP 14-02_ ) .Apartments would mean more traffic, an added burden on our schools and decreased home values. I am STRONGLY APPOSED. _

Let's keep and maintain the small town quality of life that is Snellville. Do not vote to modify or change the current zoning requirements of the property located behind Eastside Medical Center.

As a resident of Snellville living inside the city limits, I am signing this petition stating that I am OPPOSED to the two rezoning applications; (RZ 14-04 & LUP 14-03) and (RZ 14-03 & LUP 14-02) that would permit the development of 651 units including 523 apartments in the area around Eastside Medical Center. As an elected official we expect for you to vote in accordance with the majority of the voter's wishes.
