I for one hate the traffic to, but I don't hear anyone complaining about the continuous development of new homes! Is the problem the fact that it's an apartment complex that everyone fears, or traffic? It would seem to me that everyone would want the children of these potential renters to have the same top notch education that our children has been fortunate enough to receive! I was once a single mother and lived in an apartment with my son and that was what we called home as I was not in a financial position at the time to buy a home! We lived in Dunwoody where there was far more traffic than here in Snellville, and we loved it. I moved out here to the Snellville area after marrying and have regretted it every since due to this kind of mentality. You all should truly be ashamed! Lastly, as far as being bad for business, being in real estate, having multiple apartment units rented/leased out means business! They have to shop; groceries, clothing and furthermore, most of their children are most likely to participate in sports. Doesn't sound like bad business to me.
