I am easy walking distance from York. Technically an Eagle Rock zip code but right on the border. I support this idea. Thank you I’m in 90041 but I live near El Paso and North Ave 45
Solid contribution to a hip and vibrant community.
Super excited for this business to come to Highland Park, where I grew up. Would have loved to have this place around when I was a kid!

I live 3 blocks away on Ave. 49 and Buchanan St. and I am excited for sip snack to open and sell high quality food and drinks.
