I make over thirty k a month working part-time. I kept hearing from other people telling me how much money they could make online, so I decided to find out. Well, it was all true and it completely changed my life. This Is Where I Started……… www.get.money63.com

A big company like Weber trampling on a small business name like Smoque… is unbelievable. I stand with Smoque and all their hard work to make the name and notoriety for themselves!

Seems like a fairly clear trademark infringement. Why weber would argue against changing it is beyond me. It really is confusing to have a grill named after a restaurant. That's the bottom line. Clearly someone didn't do their research.

Webber, you’re better than this. Don’t be lazy thieves. Is this the way I should now think of you?

Very disappointed with weber. It's a shame because prior to this I had a positive view of the brand.

I've only eaten at this restaurant once in my entire lifetime but it was a good experience and I also believe that big corporations need to back off sometimes there is not much left in this world that's personal and that's what small businesses do is they reach out to you personally not for themselves but for the customer.

I’ll stop buying Weber products if they don’t cease and desist

Smoke has been a Chicagoland staple for some years now and it is unfair that the Weber company refuses to acknowledge and honor that. I'm sure they would be up in arms if someone infringed on their patents. They should honor the patents of other companies regardless of size.

This business has built an incredible reputation using its federally trademarked name, Smoque. Don't let this other large corporation steal that from them.

I lived in Albany Park when you opened. We came in the first couple of days you were open and it became a staple on our regular rotation of weekend carry-out spots. It was awesome knowing that there was going to be a BBQ place so close. I can hardly believe it's been 18 years—rock on.
