We have the right to smoke free clean air in our backyards! We shouldn't have to close up our windows so the smoke and other harmful emissions enter our homes, not to mention breathing it in! With so many pollutants allready out there, we shouldn't have to put up with it in our communities. Several counties have already banned open fire pits and chimineas within town limits.
