I remember well how beautiful Smith Park used to be. It was used for so many fun functions. It is a shame to see it today, in the heart of Jackson.

Renovation of the park will benefit our entire state. It will help to make our state capital a place in which all Mississippians can be proud. The legislature needs to appropriate the funds to make it happen.
