I support this petition and agree that its' measurement qualities are faulty. A passing ambulance can exceed 100DBc, can we start by making those guys more quiet?

Please Kill this bill. I don't think you have thought this through. Shall we include babies crying, couples arguing, Hawaiian Luau shows?!!! Where will it end? If you don't like the night life Waikiki comes with come out here to the country where it's quiet, or maybe you will fine the chickens next.

Decibels are a relative measurement with various weitings and speeds that will vastly affect readings from a constant sound source. The nature of the decibel is fickle to begin with and the arbitrary limits placed on decibel readings will undoubtedly be misread and misreported. Point of complaint is what matters end of story. This law is a piece of corrupt garbage with not an ounce of research behind it.
