Not only is it an eyesore but the are remains dangerous for pedestrians. The original plans including a pavement. The site should be improved quickly before an accident happens.

This is one of the first things seen when entering the village. It is such a shame that it has sat looking this way for years. Action is needed whether that be via the owner or a new owner.

Hi Darryl, I've put a number of people that wish to buy the land in touch with the owner. A ridiculous price is being asked for it at the moment.
